1. Authorized signer and participants
I am at least 18 years old and am the customer, parent, legal guardian, or authorized event representative. I accept this agreement for myself and for the minor participants under my supervision, to the extent permitted by law.
2. Assumption of risk
I understand that inflatables, water attractions, games, tables, chairs, and related rental equipment involve risks including falls, collisions, slips, equipment movement, weather exposure, bodily injury, property damage, serious injury, and death. I voluntarily assume the ordinary and inherent risks of participation and equipment use.
3. Safe operation and supervision
I will provide continuous, responsible adult supervision; follow all posted and delivered instructions; enforce capacity, age, height, and weight limits; separate incompatible participants; keep food, drinks, gum, shoes, sharp objects, pets, and prohibited items away from equipment; and stop use immediately if conditions become unsafe.
4. Weather, power, and site conditions
I will stop operation during high wind, lightning, severe weather, power interruption, deflation, standing water, or any unsafe condition. I confirm that the setup location and access path are disclosed accurately and are free from hidden utilities, irrigation, hazards, and obstructions. Only Fun In The Sun Bouncers may install, move, or remove anchored rental equipment unless expressly authorized in writing.
5. Care, damage, and return
I am responsible for reasonable care of the equipment from delivery through pickup and for loss, theft, avoidable damage, excessive cleaning, misuse, unauthorized relocation, or prohibited substances, excluding ordinary wear and damage caused solely by Fun In The Sun Bouncers.
6. Release and indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and agree to hold harmless Fun In The Sun Bouncers and its owners, employees, and contractors from claims arising from the ordinary and inherent risks of participation or from my breach of this agreement. This release does not waive claims that cannot legally be waived.
7. Medical response
If an emergency occurs and I cannot act, I authorize reasonable emergency assistance and understand that I remain responsible for resulting medical costs.
8. Electronic signature and complete record
I have reviewed this entire agreement, understand it, and intend my typed name and drawn signature to be my electronic signature. I consent to receive and retain this agreement electronically and may request a printable copy. The signed waiver, reservation details, selected equipment, signature, timestamp, and submission audit data together form the complete record.
